Scored his first career points against Coppin State (12/5) on a tip-in right before the buzzer at the end of the first half...Also added five rebounds and hit his first career three-pointer in the same game...Made his Spiders debut, playing two minutes, on Nov. 11 versus St. Francis.

Redshirted...Played large role on scout team once fully recovered from an ankle injury in late December.

PERSONAL
Son of Jeff Schneider and Gloria Collier...Has two older brothers: Kevin and David...Father Jeff played at Virginia Tech, averaging 14.3 points per game as a senior in 1981-82, and was later selected by the Houston Rockets in the 5th round (107th pick) of 1982 NBA Draft...Brother Kevin appeared in 21 games (13 starts) for Longwood University in 2004-05...Brother David was a four-year starter at William & Mary and a two-time All-CAA selection (third team in 2009, second team in 2010) ... David finished career as school's sixth all-time leading scorer with 1,491 points and played professionally in both England and Germany following graduation.
